However, we will always endevour to remedy instances where we have sent out incorrect or faulty items.

If you should hav any issues with the quality of your items, Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will aim to resolve through issuance of a partial refund or substitute.

After 24 hours, unfortunately we will not be able to resolve any claims of unsatisfactory products.
